I thought bribery was illegal

I don't know if this Bail-out Bill is going to do anything but consolidate power in the hands of a few but "Where is the Beef?" How is a blank check going to solve anything?

And can anyone tell me how this revised bill is anything but bribery? Isn't that illegal?
